It is so important to our overall health to find a balance between work & play, stress & relaxation, heating & cooling.  We often put ourselves at the bottom of our priority list when we should really be at the very top!  So here is a little talk about how we should be adding Yin to our Yang and creating an overflow of energy within our own bodies and minds so that we can properly care for those around us.
